ONE TO ONE TRAINING + COACHING

The whole training and coaching is centered around clearly being able to understand and read "PRICE ACTION". This is where we read exactly what is going on in the markets just with the charts. Everything that you will need to know is "IN THE PRICE". Learning to read Price Action does take time to get good at and will require "SCREEN TIME" practice. Once you can clearly read the language of Price Action you will never be in doubt as to what the market is doing and tipping you off to what it is about to do. This is very liberating having this kind of knowledge and increases your confidence massively. Nearly all traders are second guessing themselves and full of indecision and fear when trading the markets and this can be easily avoided once you get a solid grasps of reading Price Action. All the professionals that I personally know and have worked alongside over the years have learned this valuable skill and my trading and understanding of the markets radically changed for the better once I got coaching on Price Action.

IDENTIFYING MARKET STRUCTURE – WHAT PHASE IS THE MARKET IN?

This needs to be clearly established in order to trade in line with the MAIN momentum of the market where the big banks and institutions are trading. Basically the direction of where the main bulk of money, "the smart money" is moving to in the market.

SUPPLY AND DEMAND (SUPPORT & RESISTANCE)

These areas are absolutely vital to understand and unless you can clearly identify where these areas are you will be fighting against the markets and be on the "wrong side". This is always a problem for the amateur traders where they are up against the professionals who are moving the money from one level to another in the markets. Once understood, you will be able to trade alongside the main players and benefit from the big market moves. The vast majority of traders who are unsuccessful have no idea how to correctly identify these areas where the money is flowing in and out of the markets and just end up losing over and over again. This part of the workshop is of major importance and I focus heavily on this throughout the day. Once you are able to clearly see this on any chart with practice you will be leagues ahead of the vast majority of other traders who have a very poor understanding of how to find these areas with any level of consistency. Once understood, getting into winning trades dramatically increases, which is exactly what we want as traders.

SWING POINTS

These areas represent excellent value and where the "Big Boys" banks, institutions and other expert traders know and trade from. Again, this builds upon the knowledge of what we have previously covered and therefore further increasing the odds of getting into "High Probability" trades.

TRADE SETUPS (ENTRIES, EXITS)

Putting all this together comes down to getting into the trade. "The trigger signal". This is a major part that many get wrong or have doubts about. What I teach will give you a very clear, precise set of rules that are like dynamite and produce overwhelmingly successful results. Although there are many kinds of patterns, signals that can get one into a trade, realistically there are only a small handful that are regarded as the most important and powerful that need to be used to achieve consistency with your trading results.

All the above will teach you exactly how the professionals view the markets along with exactly where they are buying and selling from. The other things covered will be the most important time frames that these pros trade on. This is something that is largely misunderstood by most new and unsuccessful traders and MUST be learned if you wish to achieve the most consistent results. What I will teach and show you is what all the institutions, large banks, hedge funds and other savvy traders know that gives them a massive edge in the markets which has shown to be far more reliable and profitable than what the majority of other traders do.

There is a very well known statistic in the trading world that around 95% of all traders who get into trading fail and lose money with only 5% ever making consistent profits! Shocking isn’t it? Well, this will become clear why this is the case after learning what the pros know and avoiding what the amateurs do. This can easily be avoided with the right training and approach to the markets.

Being able to clearly read Price Action on the charts will give you amazing insights into where market price is heading and give some very reliable clues as to where profits can be taken. This will enable us as traders to get the maximum profits out of each trade and to protect out capital. Money management and capital preservation  is "key" and I focus quite heavily on this all the way through the workshop/training.

The whole subject of trade management can be quite big and I like to keep it relevant and concentrate on what really works in all market conditions. Over the years I have seen and tried it all and I know what works and what doesn’t.

Throughout the training I will also be focusing on the mindset "psychology" that is needed and what all the professionals know in order to be a consistently successful trader.

The workshop will also focus quite heavily on the trades that I have taken in the past, not only the winning trades but also the break evens and losing trades. Also, the many trades that I decided NOT to take. This is very very important as your will need to know what constitutes a "High Probability" trade and how to "filter" the good the bad and the ugly trades. This part is something that is lacking in most training workshops with people only showing the winning trades where they made money. This is wrong and everything is important to go through and discuss. I will give complete commentary on the trades explaining everything in detail.

Everything that we go through during the workshop is available for you to take away with you after the day. All charts and examples along with pdfs. I do strongly advise every student to also "make notes". This is a very good way of consolidating the knowledge into a way you can understand and will be very helpful to review later on.

Any questions that arise throughout the training workshop please ask. This is important if you don’t understand something and please don’t feel embarrassed asking as many times as you need.

The training days can last anything from 8-10 hours on average. Time is not important, your progress is, and we will take as long as you need to get to this stage.


AFTER THE WORKSHOP - COACHING

OK, this is absolutely vital to your progress and something that all successful traders have usually had that gave them a massive positive boost in there trading career.

Once you are on your own it’s very easy to start to make mistakes and get stuck with identifying setups in the market. I start off the coaching by sending out all my charts (zipped up) for you to use on MT4/5 platform (recommended for training and I will help you download this if you need.. its free!)

This has been a massive help to my students as it has all the important levels on it that trades will be played from. I have found that nearly all people get this wrong at the start which is perfectly OK and nothing to worry about, and with my help they can check their levels with mine. I send these out every Sunday evening just before the markets open at 10pm so that you have the charts for various currencies, commodities for the week ahead.

As the week unfolds I strongly advise you to put in some screen time everyday and IF you see something that you do not understand, take a snap shot of the chart and send it over to me via screen capture software like JING etc ( I will give you all these on the training day).

I will also be sending you any charts showing potential setups or ones that are not quite right with full explanations. I encourage you to actively get involved with this learning and communicate with me as asking questions and looking at charts does vastly speed up the learning curve and help you develop as a trader. All my past and present students love this part and get involved more or less depending on their other commitments. The traders that I coach are naturally far more active and we usually are online for a few hours every evening sharing charts back and forth with me giving them my opinions on whats going on and how to deal with it.

Eventually you will pick up quit quickly and start to develop your own confidence on how to find and manage your own trades. This is the stage that every trader should be looking to get to as they are then relying on themselves and no one else. This is the ultimate stage for all traders to aspire to and the direction I push them in!

Please note that some of my students are at different stages and skills in trading with some who are already professional traders who are just looking for that little bit of extra help in getting a better trading plan together. Others are completely new to trading and need to go through the basics of setting up a trading account and their charts etc and getting a trading plan/journal together to chart their progress (very important to have)

I fully respect this and am happy to help and advise in all situations that arise. Even I was a beginner once who knew nothing about trading and I remember asking so many people all sorts of questions and asking for guidance.

This coaching/mentoring after is for 12 months with some people taking a bit longer which is perfectly fine as long as you are genuinely making an effort to learn. This extra help is at no further cost whatsoever! If you are really stuck don’t worry, we can arrange for you to come over for a few hours or so to go over things if need be. No charge for this!

Other things covered during the workshop/coaching afterwards will be information of various brokers that traders use along with advice on tax free trading where you get to keep all the profits you make which is legal under UK tax laws, along, with career progression if you are genuinely looking to trade for an investment bank, prop trading or hedge fund or are just looking to trade privately and grow your own account for a living. All these options will be discussed in more detail if you wish.

Throughout the whole workshop training day although there is quite a lot to go through, it will be kept as relaxed and as straight forward as possible and it builds on each other so that it is easier to understand.

** This is a very popular and a valuable service for the most serious students/traders. All my students will now have access to my other students who know the value of learning/coaching and are very eager to pass on what they know. This will provide a great learning experience for new students to gain help from others who have already been through extensive training. I will however still keep coaching you but now you are able to get additional help from those who came before you! The TRAINING/TRADING ROOM, is also a meeting place with many of my other students and professionals who trade for a living or are moving in that direction and looking to run their own funds. This is only for those that have undergone training and are at an acceptable level in order for them to contribute and convey their skills to that of the trading room. This is flexible and can be use at any time, although the evening is the main time which is excellent for those that still have day jobs, studies or other commitments. An awesome bunch of down to earth people who are passionate about trading in the same way and sharing their trade setups/ideas and generally helping each other out. Once the training day has been arranged you will be required to pay a deposit of just £250 to hold that day with the balance to be paid on the day prior to training commencing. I don't take full payment online upfront before the training day which can be of concern to most people worrying as to whether they will receive the training. I prefer for my students to be confident that they will receive training and I trust them to turn up on the day. I never used to take a deposit in the past but recently I have had several students who kept changing the training dates and I have had to re-book a training venue office which has resulted in me losing money

Also, when you do turn up for the training please make sure that you do have the funds to pay for it. Unfortunately in the past I have had students turn up for training and have no money or don’t really know how to pay me. This is an embarrassing situation and one that should not happen. Any course you take whatever it is would need to be paid for usually in advance or at the latest on the day prior to training. So, I would kindly request that everyone understand this. There are several methods of payment available. IF you wish to pay by Bank Wire Transfer into my account then you will need to ask me for my details so this can be done ahead of time, also Bankers Cheque (no personal cheques please) is another payment which is straight forward. The other method of course is Cash Payment. IF this is something that you would prefer then please do make sure that you have the funds taken out ahead of time. In the past several of my students have had insufficient funds to pay for the training which has been a bit embarrassing for them and for me and this really should have been sorted out ahead of time.

The above information is very straight forward and the usual standard practice for anyone offering and receiving any kind of training services and is basically just good business ethics and common sense. This is something that I don’t really wish to focus on as the training is most important but this just needs to be made clear from the beginning so that there are no misunderstandings.

WHERE IS THE TRAINING?

I have now moved over to "RESIDENTIAL TRAINING" where all new students will come and spend 2 days with me in the same venue where there are no restrictions on training. This in fact has proven to be very popular with new/past students coming to stay for One night, giving us 2 full days training/coaching from morning till late at night if needed. The Venue is based in NORTHAMPTON town center, 1 hour north from London with easy access via motorway or direct train from Euston Stn. Situated right in the Midlands its easy to reach from the North of England also. Accommodation is provided free of charge if you wish to stay over, alternately you can commute back and forth for the Two days.
